This exclusive small-group masterclass in Editorial styling is the final layer that brings interiors, retail environments, and campaign imagery to life. In this immersive three-part series, you will learn how professional stylists conceptualise, curate, and execute editorial-level scenes used across magazines, brands, and design campaigns.

 

Working alongside DS Alumni and established INterior Stylist, Bea Lambos, known for her layered, story-driven styling approach — you will develop your own creative direction, collaborate with suppliers, and style professionally curated scenes before capturing your work in a professionally directed photoshoot.

Across the three-part series, you will:

 

  • Develop an editorial styling concept and visual direction
  • Learn professional sourcing and object-layering workflows
  • Style professionally curated interior scenes
  • Collaborate with industry suppliers and creative partners
  • Participate in a professionally directed photoshoot day
  • Build portfolio-ready editorial imagery of your styled work

The Masterclass 

The Learn. Style. Shoot. Editorial Styling Masterclass is delivered as a three-part immersive experience designed to guide you through the full editorial styling workflow — from concept development to professionally photographed final imagery.

 

 Part 1- Concept & Styling Direction:

2 Hour On-line Session

You will develop your editorial concept, define the visual narrative, and learn the professional composition and layering techniques used by leading stylists to create visually compelling scenes.

 

Part 2- Sourcing & Scene Styling:

2 Hour Online Session

Working alongside industry suppliers and creative partners, you will curate objects, materials, and styling elements before styling professionally prepared scenes under expert guidance.

 

 Part 3- Photoshoot Day:

Procurement Session (On-line)

he series culminates in a professionally directed photoshoot where you will refine your styled scenes and capture portfolio-ready imagery with a leading Melbourne photographer.
