Instructions:

1. Fill out the form.
2. Take a selfie showing your photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) next to your face so we can confirm it’s you. Please include an additional photo of your license on its own.
3. Scan or photograph your Medicare card and Concession card (if you have one).
4. Attach the completed form as a PDF and copies of your ID cards to a reply email to [email protected]

Enrolment applications (Stage Two) will involve a Zoom Interview with a friendly Design School team member to confirm you meet the minimum course requirements.

Please note that all applications will receive a reply email from Design School and that a study position and government funding for the online course has limited places and is subject to an offer, as demand to join us is usually higher than availability.
