Tim Neve 

Manager, BDA (Design)

Tim is a renowned stylist, textile designer, and author with an illustrious career spanning over two decades. His design work extends from large commercial interiors to personal renovation projects, recognised both locally and internationally, from Adore Magazine to Architectural Digest. Tim's bespoke textiles and furniture have adorned the shelves of leading design retailers. His warmth and industry-led experience set him apart as a trainer, combined with his passion for small business makes him a strong advocate for design education.

Petrina Turner

Trainer & Assessor, BDA (Interior Design)

With over three decades of industry experience, Petrina brings an unwavering expertise to create meaningful design solutions and beautiful, cohesive interiors that reflect each client's unique story. Her work has been published in Inside Out, Adore Home and Home Beautiful. She was recently shortlisted as a finalist is the 2023 Designers Australia Awards - Place for her hospitality project Campground Kitchen.

Holly Miskimmin

Trainer & Assessor

Holly shares her industry experience and knowledge with our learners. Her diverse skills were honed while working with award-winning Interior Stylist Simone Haag, gaining knowledge, mentoring, and exposure to high-end clients. This experience also refined her talent in creating 2D and 3D visualisations for client presentations. Holly now operates her own interior styling business and creates bespoke illustrative artworks.

Melissa Rettore

Trainer & Assessor

Melissa’s passion for teaching runs a decade deep. She made the career leap from primary school teaching to interior design. Mel now runs her design business, Moody Aesthetic Interiors, offering client’s an exciting peek into their custom-designed spaces. Her interior watercolour and hand-rendered sketches have featured amazing homes like that of Jen Bishop of Interior’s Addict. Mel brings her talents to the Design School classroom, sharing her skills to help students on their own design journeys.

Melissa Bailey

Trainer & Assessor

Since making the bold move pursue to design after leaving the legal industry, Melissa’s creative career has been thriving. With a passion for styling and photoshoots, she has worked as a stylist across the esidential, visual merchandising and event sectors. Melissa's work has been featured in publications including Green Magazine and The Local Project. A keen writer, Melissa has also authored pieces for BuildHer Collective. She is thrilled to be part of the team at Design School, just look for the kind and welcoming smile!
